meri first delivery c section si hui hai . kya second normal ho sakti hai?

A. depending on cause. see regular workout is important. start slow and don't over do. walk, swimming, gym all are effective but consistently doing is the key to lose weight. in kids as they grow, they learn at a speed. which can vary. avoid gadgets n do not force. then ficus on healthy foods and habits. all this help a lot. ok.
