meri dilevery ko 4 mnths ho gaye m abhi tak periods nii hui hun....meei c section delivery thi....bus ek baar thodi spotting hui.....is it problematic...plz tell me

Contraception of proper types you need. regularly use n not missing is important. avoid multiple dose changeWell, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this.

Nope Here I would like to clear your doubt a lot of women do not get their periods for six months to 1 year to 18 months also sometimes after the delivery because they’re exclusively breastfeeding the child and also they have hormonal changes which is why this is normal
