A. yes this is very commonly seen after C section delivery so you just need to maintain proper hygiene and you can sleep on your stomach for us few minutes which will help relieve these complaints

A. It's not uncommon for women who have had a cesarean section (C-section) to experience numbness and pinching sensations around the incision site, even after the stitches have healed. This can be due to various factors, including nerve damage, scar tissue formation, or changes in sensation as the body continues to heal. Here are a few things you can do to manage numbness and discomfort around the C-section scar: 1. **Massage:** Gently massage the area around the scar to promote circulation and reduce stiffness. Use gentle circular motions with your fingertips to massage the scar tissue, but avoid applying too much pressure or causing pain. 2. **Scar Care:** Keep the scar clean and moisturized to prevent dryness and itching. Use a mild, fragrance-free moisturizer or scar cream recommended by your healthcare provider to help soften the scar tissue. 3. **Warm Compress:** Apply a warm compress or heating pad to the area for short periods to help relax the muscles and alleviate discomfort. Be sure to use a low to moderate heat setting and avoid prolonged exposure to heat. 4. **Pain Relief:** Over-the-counter pain relievers such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen can help alleviate mild discomfort or pain. Always follow the dosage instructions on the packaging and consult with your healthcare provider before taking any medication, especially if you're breastfeeding. 5. **Physical Therapy:** In some cases, physical therapy or specialized exercises may be recommended to help improve mobility and reduce discomfort around the scar. A physical therapist can provide guidance on safe and effective exercises to strengthen the abdominal muscles and improve flexibility. 6. **Medical Evaluation:** If you're experiencing persistent or worsening numbness, pinching, or pain around the C-section scar, it's essential to consult with your healthcare provider for a thorough evaluation. They can assess the area, determine the underlying cause of your symptoms, and recommend appropriate treatment options. Remember that it's normal for it to take time for sensation to return fully and for any discomfort to resolve completely after a C-section. However, if you have any concerns or if your symptoms are affecting your daily activities or quality of life, don't hesitate to seek medical advice for further evaluation and management.
