meri delivery ko 1,1/2months ho gya h mere kamar mai bhuat dard hota h kya mai calcium ,iron medicine le sakti hu kya abi bhi.

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yes definitely you take iron n calcium. but also see a doctor. better to show to a specialist and get the right opinion as soon as you can. In such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusion

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. hi yes you can take them under supervision of your gynecologist at home, please take healthy and well blanaced diet keep your body well hydrated avoid drinking RO water take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day don't sit or stand for long period take support while sitting and place pillow between your legs while sleeping maintain good hygiene try heating pad to get relief in pain
