Q.

meri delivery hui 14 oct ko....kehtay hai upto 40 days tak bleeding hoti hai...lekin meri sirf 15 days hi bleeding hui...kindly tell me is this normal ya koi pareshani ki baat hai?

A. Yes it is normal and it is not compulsory for everybody to bleed for 40 days and after 40 days you may get a cycle which they can’t to me for a week or so and after that you may or may not get your periods even up to 6 to 12 months if you are exclusively breast-feedingWrite Your Answer Here

A. Hello dear parent! It is alright and normal. If you are still concerned better consult your doctor for further advice. Clarify all your concerns and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Continue breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil for muscle flexibility and skin health.
