Author of questionMom of a 5 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. actually I already given her syrup T-minic from yesterday when she had only cold but now she had cough also... which one is better to give sinarest/ wikoryl syrup because both are same or continue with the same treatment on addition with nebulization.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. This may due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes and temperature variations . For cold you can give drops wikoryl AF 0.5 ml to the child 2-3 times per day. try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops frequently for nasal blockage, simple cough and cold. Indirect steam is helpful. Home remedies like Tulsi Ginger diluted with water combination (honey can be added after 1 year age)and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day. Give warm watzer to drink If no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor paracetamol for fever and pain.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. Hello.. Gm.. As your kid is small with regards to medication, I feel It's better to check with your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for your baby as of now.
