meri daughter 1 saal ki hey .usko aaj subha se fever tha calpol dala tha lekin fever kam nahi ho rha tha.lekin abhi maine usko combiflam diya ti bukhar kam ho gaya. bukhar aane ki vajah kya hogee..uske teeth bhi aare

A. It can be due to seasonal fluctuation so keep monitoring the temperature of the baby and repeat the dose after six hours and guvemore liquids and light and easily digestible foods
