meri beti raat me dathono ki awaz karti hai use kidon ki dawai bhi kila di per kuch fayada nahi ho raha hai ap bataye kya kar sakte hai or uski height bhi nahi bad rahi hai please suggest me

A. there multiple cause of teeth grinding (bruxism) due to abnormal alignment of the jaw, intense concentration or situational anxiety and stress, teething , dreams anxiety, teething pain, digestion problem and gas, dental caries and dental pain. some times wxorms usually self limiting. meet your dr for more information
