Major part of the diet should be through seasonal fruits and vegetables and also legumes such as rajma, chana, lobia , black gram dal etc
when it comes to grains would be good if you could probably prefer whole grains
fat free and dairy free or low on dairy foods as such
low fat source proteins such as fish , chicken , soya etc
