meri beti ko do din se fever h..sumol plus dwai derhi hu but aajat h ek bar din mein..sath me konsi antibiotic du

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating.
and you can also do cold sponging of the body if requiredhere for proper comments is very difficult until and unless a proper examination is done tods find out the exact cause so it would be better if you consult your doctor so that he can examine properly and than will guide you accordingly regarding this
