A. Teething is the most common reason as per the age the second reason that I can currently think of telling you is probably stomach infection if your child is not eating then definitely it may be associated with stomach infection in that case it would be good that once you taken an assessment with your doctor so that way you rather be more short and clear about what the situation maybe so they can treat your child according to that
