Coconut oil can lighten dark marks.
the nark will fade or lighten by time.
give healthy diet, fruits and vegetables.

I Cannot see any picture if you have posted I can only tell you if it is just a stubborn mark then you can use a mixture of camphor and coconut oil but if it is something else can you get a check with the skin doctor then advise you with the right cream is required for that
