Apply medium pressure with clean index finger to the part of your baby's eye closest to the nose and massage downward, toward the nose, it will help to open block ducts

it is happened due to eye infection
so I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
