meri beti ki age 3.11 hai aur abhi April month se maine use cow milk band krke baffalo milk start Kiya but pure 2month se hi use he dusre din loose motion start ho jate hai khuch bhi nhi digest hota aur nor metrogil medicine Dene pr potty khuch control ho jati hai but fir thoti der bad loose motion start ho jate aur beti bhut chidchidi bhi ho jati hai so please suggest me ki kya mai fir se cow milk start kroo ya fir jo suggesion ho vo suggest kriye ......thank you

A. Cow's milk should be given to the baby only after completion of 1 year of age because the protein and fat in cow's milk is hard to digest before that and many a times there could be cow's milk protein allergy in babies and lactose intolerance which could be severe sometimes. Also early introduction of cows milk can lead to iron deficiency anemia as cow's milk lacks iron and vit c . Also there could be micro bleedingfy in intestine because of the heavy protein of cow's milk .To start with cow's milk should be given thgan gradually you can shift to buffalo milk or a packet milk which is a mixture of two .

A. hi parent give her probiotics like curd and buttermilk don't give her Buffalo milk Desi cow A2 milk is the best take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered in the morning keep her hydrated by giving her a spoon of water every hour
