It could be associated with some scapulary tissue or nutritional deficiency or genetically maybe the hair are poor so try this thing where you can start applying a mix of castor oil and Badam oil also to advise you to please connect with Dr to start with necessary health tonic to elevate and strengthen the roots as well as the hair of your child
