meri beti ke centre ke jo do teeth hote hai oosme se ek teeth thoda discolor ho raha hai , mujhe b discoloration hi laga par kal mene dekha ki uska wo teeth jaha se discolor ho raha hai waha se wo thoda scratched hai. kya karu suggest me.

You Should get it checked with the paediatric dentist ones without proper assessment we really cannot be very sure about it so once you get that done will come to know what is the issue and if anything is your doctor has to advice do they will go ahead with that
