RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl6 days agoA. Madam hair fall could be due to number of reasons which is why I just feel you should get it checked with your doctor once it could be due to deficiency of iron in the body maybe scalp is dry and dirty it could be fungal infection it could be of reason
