Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Hair loss in babies is very common and because of many reasons.
Because of the withdrawal maternal hormone initial hairfall is there.
After birth all the hair of the baby remain in the resting phase and usually by 8 to 12 weeks of age shedding of hairs is there .
Hairs will grow back mostly by 3-7 months but a proper quality hair will be there by around 2 years of age.
Cradle cap ikjs also a cause for frequent shedding of hairs. along with traction alopecia because of continuous pressure on head in lying position

Spoo shampoo is the best for dandruff of the hair colour is turning white that’s mostly due to nutritional deficiency along with that also I would recommend mustard oil into your child that is what is going to be beneficial as of now and consult a dermatologist if needed
