meri beti bahut weak si ho gayi h. Koi bhi healthy food ni khati h bataye kya khilaye jisse uska weight gain ho aur healthy rahe

A. You can give one banana per day sweet potato pumpkin boiled potato can be given and milk and milk products are good for weight gain in babies and give finger foods to develop habit of chewing

A. my daugther does not like banana if i tried to eat forcefully she start vomit. give me another option plz

A. Hi mom Give all that you cook for your family. Include egg, ghee, dry fruits, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, Banana shake, potatoes, rice, chicken etc in ur baby's diet for weight gain. Give natural appetiser like coconut water, jeera water, curd with mint etc to increase the appetite of ur baby.
