A. now that the baby is more than 1 year you can give all foods which adults consume but make sure that the spices salt and sugar are relative less and give more of protein content

A. Aap अपने बच्चे वो saara khana खिलाया jo आप खाते हो वही सबसे सही khana hota है बच्चों को लाने ke लिए उसी से बच्चे का वज़न धीरे धीरे बढ़ता है क्योंकि हम jo कहते हैं वह सबसे अच्छा khana hota है रोज़ खाने ke लिए दोबारा अपने बच्चों को वही khana ठीक से खिलाते हैं baccha ठीक सिखाता है तो वज़न अपने आप वज़न अपने आप में नहीं लग जाएगा
