ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. baby is 4 month old Hi parent give saline nasal drops and steam inhalation with baby rub avoid exposure to cold weather if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output
