meri beti 4 months ki hone wali hai 10 ko use fvr cold tha mdcns ke baad fvr thik ho gya but wo bm nhi le rhi sirf fm le rhi h wat to do bahut try kra bahut routi h force krne par mujhe bhi bahut pain ho rha h breast me please suggest

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cold most of the time is a viral illness where there could be running nose sneezing along with cough and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration . steam inhalation will also be useful in this .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be used once a proper evaluation by the doctor is drone and according to the type of cough its prescribed.
if any fever is thetre paracetamol can be given to reduce the temperature and the dose can be repeated again after 6 hours if required .
