A. On the regular basis take some antiseptic liquid and warm water and clean that area properly when the child poops the passes during then also clean it properly and apply coconut oil still if you feel it’s not helping or you have taken to various doctors then it could be due to either a vaginal infection or something you should consult a gynaecologist one time to get check them
