meri beti 2 year 15 day ki hai or mama papa ye sab nhi bolti sirf pani ko mam kahti hai or kuch kuch apne laungage me bolting hai or butane par kavi aati h kavi nhi aati hai waise uske Kan me koi problem nhi hai

A. Hai good evening !! By two years babies speak around 50 words ,recognising things with names,calling with relation,responding to small commands. Baby is having speech issues. Check eye contact ,gross,fine motor skills holding things properly. If all milestones all good only less speech consult developmental paediatrician,speech therapist.
