meri beti 2.4 yrs ki hai..proper interact karti hai command follow karti hai..jyada to nahi par kuchh shabd bhi bolti hai like Pani peena hai. dudu lana.phone de do lekin aksar wo hum Jo bhi bolte hain wo repeat karti hai instead reply karne ke to ye koi problem to nahi hai??

By 2-2.5 years babies start speaking two word sentences,start conversation like answering relatable to our questions,asking needs,saying their willingness and all and speak around 80-100 words recignising thing names,addressing correcting (person name/relation) waving hands saying Hai,Bye,denying something ,nodding head saying Yes...
Imitation,following is more common in toddlers but if baby speaking less words ,no sentance framing,not responding to commands then need assessment by Child Psychiatrist or Developmental Paediatrician.
