meri beti 18 month ki ho gyi but uske abi 4 teeth aye hai baki nhi or bolna bhi nhi sikha usne mummy papa yhi bolti hai or kuch nhi kya kru me

kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3 -3.5 years..
don't be tensed and wait.
as few teeth have erupted now you can start brushing your kid's teeth twice daily
