Spoo Shampoo would be one of the best choice to go for I’m just going to say it is specifically for dandruff issues only so you can start applying in 2 to 3 times in a week accordingly and avoid oil in the hair for the time being because that is going to increase the amount of dandruff into the scalp of your child
