Meri beby 1 year 1 month ki hai..or uska weight 8 kg hai...usko diet me ab kya de jisse uska weight or blood achhi tarah se bne...

A. Hi You can add caloric dense foods like ghee almonds walnuts cashews anjeer, potato, egg. paneer , milk, to child's recipes. Make sure to avoid binge feeding with Biscuits waffers bakery products chips chocolates farsan sweets sugary drinks
