meri bcchi 1yr 1mnth ki h usko hr 20 25 dn bd loosemotion vomit fvr hojta h plz suggest me how can i do?

A. Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is agssociated fwith fever andh vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
