usually there's spacing present between the milk teeth so as the bigger sized permanent teeth erupt without any crowding.

Hello Ma’am I would like to tell you you should be consulting a child dentist once because sometimes the frame into the gums is not proper which is why this happens every now and then so you should be consulting your doctor and the doctor can only tell you what is to be done actually
