meri bachhi 3 yr 9 months ki hai uska weight 13kg hai uska skin v thoda dry ho rahi hai 1 months se cold v hai madicine antibiotics sabhi khai phir v kam nahi ho rahi hai main kya karu suggest me but she is active

A. Antibiotics should only b given to the child only if the doc suggests otherwise there is no need dry cough could sometimes be due to an allergic reaction so it’s better to check with your doctor if it is due to some allergy so that they can treat your child according accordingly
