Meri bachchi 1 month old he muje khane me kya khana chahiye jiski wajah se baby ki skin fair ho ???

A. Hello mom Babies colour get change according to birth colour but it get normal by its own in next few months so you should not worry about it at all. You should just avoid taking spicy and fried food otherwise it can create gastric issues in babies. Rather than this you can add anything in your regular diet plan and feed your baby properly
