AnujaMom of a 4 yr 2 m old boy1 Year agoA. I have been trying to get my baby to become chubby since I started solid food for him. But he is not one to gain chubby weight ( that should not be the goal anyway coz of obesity). But what helps me keep him in his correct percentile is adding A2 cow ghee to his diet. Don't add too much otherwise stomach will be full for long for your child and they won't be hungry for next meal. Add a little in every meal. Also all the paediatricians I have consulted keep telling me no need to give milk cause unless you are feeding, cow milk is mostly water and not a very good source of nutrition for your child. I give ragi malt to my toddler for calcium. Also eggs help if you are eggitarian.
