Yes They look really very bad so I would appreciate it if you please do not use diaper at all for the child but I think to using diaper 24 x 7 which is why this is happening nevertheless as of now you can use Boroline anti septic cream or coconut oil regularly every 2 to 3 hours but avoid using diapers please
