shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mom if we8ght of child is 10 kg and u have p120 thne u can give 6.3 mLs every four hours, up to a maximum of four doses in 24 hours but if fever is repeating again and again then don't keep on repeating the Paracetamol consult with the doctor one
