meri baby hone ke bad m bhut hi moti ho gai hu.... breast size bhi bhut jyada ho gai hai.... main apna weight or breast size kese kam. karu

A. Hi, During breastfeeding, naturally breast size increases dear. Also right now you should focus on your health and breastfeeding. You can reduce your weight later once baby is 6 month old by exercises/yoga. Right now you should focus on more take care. Eat healthy and nutritious food
