Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. it is due to the teething .Teeth eruption is a difficult process . No particular medicne for easy teeth eruption as it is physiological just give Vitamin D and calcium for the teeth eruption and also use of teether .

Teething Maybe happening which is why I think your child is throwing out a lot of saliva or water because when a child is having its teeth it’s very common for them to drool like this so you should get it checked with your doctor you can check the gums yourself
