Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. you can use t minic drops to the baby 0.4 ml 3 times a day Cold and cough in the babies are because of viral infections which will take at least five to six days time to subside it is advisable to do steam inhalation frequently to liquefy the secretions as well put nasoclear saline drops in the nose of the baby

U Please consult your paediatrician the doctor would be able to advise you with the right antiallergy periodic drops for cold that you can be giving to the child as of now you tell us to small and don’t give any medicine from your side consult a doctor and give indirect steam to the child
