Hello doctor Mere bete 5years ki haii kuch tym se aaisa chal raha haii kabii fever hota haii kuch din wapas chala jaata haii phr wapas aajata hai uske saath yeh complaint karte haii pait maii dard haii kuch tym se yehii chal raha haii aabh iski vomiting b start hogaye can u please tell yeh kya hosakta haii
