meri baby 3 sal 10 month ki hai abhi uske teeth me bhot drd ho rha hai shayd nyi dad nikl rhi hai to usko bhot drd hota hai... is drd ko kese km kru???

Premolars or molars don’t come in this they come by the age of five years to 13 years so right now it could be due to some cavity or maybe a child got hurt while playing or biting something this case I would recommend you to consultant dentist regarding the current situation
