meri baby 2 month 24 days ki hai uska wazan 4.6 kg hai kya use may Atoz drop de sakti hu? or usse kya uska wazan barega?

A. dear mum, weight of 4.6 kg is a normal weight for 2 months 24 days old baby. why do you want to give drops ? do not give any medicine without consulting your baby's doctor.
