Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi please keep breastfeeding your child as per his or her needs,it contains antibodies which help your child to fight against viral or bacterial infection. offer light food like khichdi, rice, fruits etc. but please don't force feed or overfeed your child. give Luke warm water with pinch of salt in 2 tbsp quantity every 5 hours. if there is no cold and cough, give sponge bath to reduce the temperature. maintain good hygiene
