meri 2 year 9 month ki beti ne parso matlab Sunday ko raat vomit kiya and kal vomit to nehi tha par do bar pell yellow loose pott kiya.aaj subah se so Rahi hai.thada bukhar bhi he. kya karen? please help

A. Could be associated with the heat stroke could be associated with indigestion or any other issue so the vomiting has happened like this and the loose motion is also going on please take an assessment with your doctor once
