if a child weighs between 17 to 20 kg
no need to worry for anything.
but if your kids weigh low ,then you can offer food items like sheera, rab, boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice, banana, avacado, apple, papaya etc.
Include different dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet
prepare different dishes for your child which will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
