mere son ko bich bich viral cold cough k sath h breathing problem hota hai usey local dr bole h omnacortil syrup Dene ka but it's a steroid..yeh side effect nhi karega na ..ye syrup Dene se health mai koi effect padta h kya..

along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine girven.
steam inhagdlation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
