mere pregnancy ka 38 week chal raha hai hai meri BP 150 above aa rahi hai . is se bachne ko ko nuksan to nahi hai na.... agar koi bachhe ko dikkat hai to vo kya ho sakti hai

A. mostly during 38-39 weeks the BP is slightly increased but more than 150 you need to have regular check with your doctor and take proper advice if is increasing to a much higher level it would be better that you get delivered soon as baby has developed well till now
