A. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. have a small meal at a time. drink lots of water. have Sunbath every morning. walk regularly

A. good morning it is normal for a lot of people to have pain in the back and legs you can get your massage done on the legs however if you are having pain in the stomach you need to show to your gynecologist
