Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. नमस्ते बालों का झड़ना हार्मोनल परिवर्तन, कुपोषण, कॉस्मेटिक के अधिक उपयोग आदि का परिणाम हो सकता है। इसलिए कृपया स्वस्थ और पौष्टिक आहार लें। गर्म नारियल तेल और मेंहदी के तेल की दो बूंदों का मिश्रण सप्ताह में दो बार लगाएं। अपने बालों को धोने के लिए माइल्ड शैम्पू या आंवला अरिठा और शिकाकाई पाउडर के मिश्रण का उपयोग करें।
