Eat eggs, cottage cheese, chicken, soya, lentils, whole grains. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet.
daily do some exercise to keep yourself healthy inside out.
Follow good hair care like -Oiling hair with a mixture of oils like olive, alla oil, onion seed oil, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to hair
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much please massage your hair with almond oil and kalunjee oil two to three times a week and also use any mild shampoo and also wash with amla shikakai and reetha.
