Hi mommy No need to take medicine Just take fibre rich food plenty of whole grains, fruits, and vegetables apricots, plums, peas, beans, broccoli etc increase water fluid intake Do daily exercise Being active gets the blood flowing to the intestines, helping to stimulate gut contractions and help to reduce constipation
